Given the fact that IPTV Smarters Pro is not available on Google Playstore anymore, it is important to find a way for installing this well-liked application on android devices. This article applies to any android device: Phone, Tablet, Smart TV or TV Box.
The idea of side-loading is very simple:
Normally, when we want to install and application on an android device, we go on Google Playstore, look up an application and install. Basically, the content store software is the middle-man of finding and installing the application.
In side-loading, we find the APK file, manually transfer/download it on the android device and by opening that package, the installation process starts. A process which is very easy and requires few Yes's and OK's.
Installing IPTV Smarters Pro by side-loading can be done in 2 ways:
-Downloader application from AFTVNews: If you have the address to the desired APK file, you can simply install Downloader on your device, type in the address and execute. The file will be downloaded and ready for installation. Here is the guide on How to use Downloader Application.
-Downloading the APK file using Web Browser: This method is even easier. We simply open a web browser on the android device, type-in the address to the APK file and install the package.
Note: Device used in this tutorial is an android tablet, but same can be done to any android device.
1-Open a web browser.
2-Type the following APK file download address https://www.iptvsmarters.com/smarters.apk
This is the link to the IPTV Smarters Pro official website. Open the URL.
3-File should start downloading, stand by until finished.
4-Once downloaded, click Open.

5-Click Install.
Note: In this step, sometimes you will be prompted for access approval to install applications from 3rd party sources. Read this guide about how to install applications from unknown sources.
6-Don't touch anything till installation is finished.
7-Application has been installed, you can now Open it.
8-And this is the first steps of configuring IPTV Smarters Pro.
Usually what is auto-detected by the app should not be messed with. Our device, although a tablet, is identified as TV. Thats how tablets are known by IPTV Smarters Pro. Click Save.
9-Accept the Terms of Service.
10-Click on Xtream Codes API login method as it will let us entering M3U url details the easiest way.
11-A simple example can clarify this section.
Note: This is just an example. Do not use the following details, only use it as a reference.

Any Name: Just any name you like, spaces allowed.
Username: According to the example url above, it's user1.
Password: According to the example url above, it's pass1.
http://url_here.com:port : This value according to the url above should be http://domain.com:8443
Once done, click ADD USER.
12-You can Save the credentials in google password database.
13-Once the app loads for the first time, you need to click on the indicated sections so LiveTV, Movies and Series content listing is downloaded.
14-Application is ready for use.
